Masar established “Qindeel – The Network of Palestinian Nurses in Lebanon” during the end of 2021. Today, it is working on expanding the Network amid the massive exodus of nurses from Lebanon, capacitating its members to advocate for job security and equal rights for Palestinian nurses in Lebanon, and networking with various stakeholders, duty bearers, and service providers to achieve its goals.
Several training workshops addressing members in Qindeel were held focusing on human rights, economic and social rights, Lebanese labor law, the practice of the nursing profession in Lebanon law, challenges facing public hospitalization policy in Lebanon, communication and advocacy skills, among others…Also, several networking and advocacy meetings with various stakeholders are being organized.
